In-app purchases and switching to a new device
Did you purchase professional TomTom maps or other optional add-on feature/s for your Navigator
and are now replacing your device with a new one? Don't worry, you won't lose your purchases.

In-app purchases after June 2020:
Since June 2020, all in-app purchase (TomTom® maps, HD Traffic and all Premium Features) have been connected to your Google Account. Just you use the same Google Account on the new device and the features will be available automatically.
Tip: If previously purchased features are not automatically available, we recommend going to Tools/Buy Maps in Navigator to initiate a connection to your Google account and refresh your purchase status (Internet connection required).
Note: The new concept of subscription of TomTom maps covers the latest maps and all map updates within the yearly period. (The former concept (prior 2021) of a TomTom map "lifetime" licence did not cover any updates, only the current map data at the time of purchase.)
In-app purchases before June 2020:
If you purchased TomTom® maps or online traffic information (HD traffic) before June 2020 and wish to move the licence to your new device, please contact our Support team at support@mapfactor.com.
The Premium Features (Alternative routes, Head-Up-Display, Colour Themes and No Ads) are connected to your Google Account. Just you use the same Google Account on the new device and the premium features will be available automatically.

All in-app purchases are connected to your Apple ID. Just you use the same Apple ID on the new device and the features will be available automatically.
